Ms. Valisha obtained her Bachelor of Criminal Law at Udayana University, graduating cum laude. She has authored several legal writings, including her journal publication in Kertha Semaya: Journal Ilmu Hukum titled “Monetary Penalties as an Alternative to Custodial Sentences in the Criminal Law System (Pidana Denda sebagai Alternatif Pidana Penjara dalam Sistem Hukum Pidana).” She also contributed to monthly bulletins at the ALSA LC Udayana University official platform, including articles such as “Four BTS Construction Workers Held Hostage by KKB Were Finally Released” and “First Amendment Challenge to Pennsylvania’s Anti-Harassment Rule Faces Legal Scrutiny.”
Ms. Valisha has organizational and volunteer experience, including her role in the Asian Law Students’ Association LC Udayana University as Coordinator of English Training and Activities; India-Indonesia Cultural Conference as a Community Volunteer; Bali Education Fair as a Community Volunteer; MAPRES CAMP (Student Achievement Training and Reasoning Program) as Sub-Coordinator of the Public Relations Division; ALSA Goodbye 2022 in the Event Division; Organization, Leadership and Management (OLMA) ALSA 2022 in the Fundraising Division; and ALSA Speak Up 2022 as Liaison Officer.
She is proficient in legal research & writing / legal drafting, legal analysist, and case management.
With her strong commitment to the law practices, Ms. Valisha demonstrates a high level of enthusiasm to deepen her engagement in the legal field and broaden her legal knowledge, particularly through her interest in PKPU (Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations) and bankruptcy proceedings. She is also keen to further strengthen her legal expertise by pursuing advanced legal education.
