Mr. Suwardi holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Law from Bina Nusantara University (BINUS), graduating magna cum laude. He later earned a Master’s degree in Economic Law from the University of Indonesia, graduating cum laude, reflecting his strong commitment to continuously expanding his legal expertise.
During his studies toward his bachelor’s degree at Binus University, He was humbled by the honor of becoming the best graduate, receiver of the Binusian Award, and actively involved in various organizational activities, seminars, workshops, and committees. He has won several competitions, including 1st place winner of the Battle of Brain Competition and the 3rd place winner of the Legal Opinion Competition held by the Business Law Department. He is also a member of PERADI of the West Jakarta (PERADI DPC Jakarta Barat)
Currently, he is joined with Lie, Hutabarat & Partners Law Firm to handle the litigation and dispute resolution (bankruptcy and suspension of debt payment obligations, employment, criminal, and intellectual property rights, etc)
