Mr. Suhendra Asido Hutabarat is the Founder of LHP Law Firm and has over 20 years of experience in the practice of law. His strong legal mind attained worldwide recognition for his law acumen in providing legal opinions, affirmations, affidavits in numerous cross-border cases across a range of jurisdictions of Singapore, Hong Kong, India, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, USA & England Court (2003 – present). Nearly four years in Hong Kong, Mr. Suhendra Asido Hutabarat assisting clients in the Hong Kong Court.
Mr. Suhendra Asido Hutabarat holds several prominent positions within law organizations, including as a Chairman of Legal Aid Center of Indonesian Advocates Association (PBH PERADI), period 2020–2029; a Chairman of the West Jakarta (DPC PERADI Jakarta Barat), period 2021–2026; a Daily Chairman of Indonesian Bar Association (DPP IKADIN), period 2022–2027; a Chairman of Professional Standards Board and Bankruptcy Law Reform Studies Council (Dewan Standar Profesi dan Kajian Perubahan UU Kepailitan) of the Indonesian Receivers & Administrators Association (AKPI), period 2025–2028.
Previously, he held the esteemed position of Chairman of the Ethics Council of the Indonesian Receivers & Administrators Association (Asosiasi Kurator dan Pengurus Indonesia – AKPI) Period 2019 – 2022.
He has been appointed many times by Commercial Court as Receiver in performing duty to manage and/or settlement the bankruptcy estate. He is also Certified Intellectual Property Consultant, member of the Indonesian Association of Capital Markets Legal Consultants (HKHPM) and Certified Mediator from Supreme Court.
